Welcome to the FRA home page

The FRA is a road cycling group based in Adelaide, South Australia. We are a dedicated and enthusiastic bunch of riders who ride regularly for fitness, fun and coffee. To maximise the enjoyment, we place importance on safe riding (see Stephen Hodge’s excellent article and the Victorian Code of Conduct for riders) and individual riders take responsibility for not just themselves but also other riders.

We have regular group rides and meeting spots but riders also arrange ad hoc rides to supplement these.
